eSilicon STAR Mobile Edition (formerly eSilicon Access® Mobile Edition) delivers an enhanced experience for exploration, tracking and delivery of custom integrated circuits from eSilicon Corporation. In addition to our patented production management system, you can now browse the details of eSilicon IP and get real-time, custom quotations for multi-project wafer (MPW) and GDSII handoff engagements.

As always, all capabilities are available to registered users free of charge and do not require any purchase commitment. The capabilities of eSilicon STAR Mobile Edition include:

• STAR Tracker (previously eSilicon Access): Design progress and IC delivery tracking, including order history, forecasts and yield data. Access details of our worldwide semiconductor supply chain in one place, with easy-to-read and up-to-date reports of all your work-in-process. Set up regular reports and alerts that keep you informed, 24/7.

• MPW Explorer: Get fast, accurate custom quotations for MPW runs at many foundries. Choose items such as foundry, technology, process options and package type from our easy-to-use interface right on your cell phone and get a fully detailed quotation in seconds. Explore MPW schedules for all supported foundries as well.

• GDSII Explorer: Get fast, accurate custom quotations for a production GDSII handoff, including non-recurring engineering (NRE) costs and production chip pricing. You can specify all the required information for your completed GDSII design in a couple of minutes, right on your cell phone. You then receive a fully detailed quotation in seconds that explains all NRE and production costs, along with available options. GDSII Explorer is currently available for TSMC and SMIC foundries.

• STAR Navigator: Browse eSilicon’s library of memory IP on your cell phone. Learn what’s available across many foundries and configure your own memory subsystem. Then, download the power, performance and area (PPA) information for that memory configuration, along with the front-end views of the selected IP. Try the IP in your design and know that you are getting the right PPA for your next design.
